To be clear, I don’t consider anything I draw pornographic, or even especially adult in nature. Unfortunately, many of my previous posts have been flagged and removed under the same criteria that a pornographic post would be removed. It’s been a minute since i’ve done one of these big sketch book updates here, mainly because I’m more than a little concerned about getting flagged under Tumblrs new adult content terms. If you are one of my old followers and have any questions about where I went or about my work, I am up late working tonight and will do my best to get back to anyone that writes this evening. I miss painting and doodling something other than figures, and having a place to post that sort of work will be nice. I don’t know if any of you who used to check out my stuff back in the day are still about, but i’m going to try to start posting design and story work here starting in the new year.
I prefer it’s presentation of images and the feed compared to Instagram, I just haven’t had much to post since moving to LA for studio work, it’s been all I can do to barley keep up with my sketchbook studies. That being said, I miss Tumblr as a format. I migrated to instagram a few years ago mainly to have a place to continue posting sketchbook pages and life drawing after Tumblr started classing all life drawing as inappropriate and removing most of my posts.
